Jerry and Mary Louise stayed with Grandma DeSantis at the family funeral home (think "6 Feet Under", the HBO special and seriously watch it to know what life was like at the DeSantis funeral home) and Grandma got them involved in buying little presents for Delores when the baby came home. Delores said Tom was a breach birth, feet first and he was overdue. They had to induce labor. It was challenging but Tom was healthy.
